Is it Possible to add Tags or recommend them for a work?

Is it possible to recommend new tags be added to a work? If not it would be nice to have a section to do so using report chapter didnt seem apropriate for this. Is it somewhere I have missed or is there a standard procedure to do this. On googling this didnt find much information besides people who have not contributed usually can not add tags which makes sense.

You can use the report function and choose "information to correct"
