multiple reason, I suck at word and making a point so I can imagine other people being like that,
I case it is not a troll, they get to learn something.
In case it is, other people reading the response might learn something and well reading an angry message make a message less clear.
And last I do feel the need to talk about it when I can but I also do not want to feel angry myself so typing a more calm message is a lot easier on me than raging against the machine, I clearly do not always achieve the calm part lol but I am working on it
