Yeah, she can't harm the mc because he's one of the 6 evil spirits if i remember it right. And MC's evil spirit is looked exactly like him and very fond of ryuuga so that's probably why they say mc got cucked. Evil spirits btw are like Stands they can materialize and people can see them. MC's sends/allow the Evil spirit to ryuuga's house as replacement to him cause he's fed up with ryuuga's antics.
