Is there a way to filter out hentai entries in the front page without disabling it entirely?

For example, I still want to see hentai entries whenever I use the search function. I just don't want to see them in the front page. Is there any way to do this?
Maybe we could have an option to disable NSFW thumbnails?

I guess I could add a search field that only shows up if the hentai toggle option is enabled in the site settings, and make it default to whatever the current selection is.
