Is there any way to block/filter titles so that they don't show up on the front page?

It is frequently asked but the answer is not yet, for now the best solution is bookmarking Advanced Search with your preferred tags/preferences and that way you'll stop seeing series that are not of your interest. For the homepage you can only decide the levels of explicitness of the titles and languages of the chapters being uploaded (and they apply as well to any search).
it's honestly pretty unfortunate, since Dex did use to have a front page tag filter on v3, it was removed with v5 and it has been on the soon™ status(planned features from v3 to be reimplemented) for close to 2 years now. It's probably the only feature I really miss.
