I did a quick google translate on his name and Katakana check on his name and his name is definitely not Neet.
His name is エニード which is spoken as Eh-ni-do. So I don't know where Neet came from... The closest name in English is Enid which is a proper name but is usually a female given name.

The runes he entered in ch9 for his true name translated to "NEET"
