Both the mugger and the mc made some bad choices here.
Mugger somehow thinks he can take the two of them easy with a small knife, when the guy has an unidentified item that is the shape of a spear in a large alleyway.
MC has a weapon he can use, the deer spear, and instead chooses to show of his special power against a complete pleb who would just need to be intimidated by his spear or even any other basic monster ability that is more subtle like the shell ability, cause who the fuck is going to try to mug someone if their knife can't even hurt him.

That was quite an unrealistic interaction, they didn't doubt the seller for 1s, he was offering them a fair price and even telling them to go elsewhere to get more money, wtf!? Also I hope he has the other claws and teeth of the dragon, it's obvious he knows it may be worth something, it wouldn't make sense for him to only take 2 of something easy to carry that's so valuable. . .
