The upload review is to weed out the likes of obvious spam/troll submissions, fully automated translations and official rips which most commonly happens on first upload, after which the account is somewhat trusted and any issues with their uploads going forward rely on user reports.
and yet people get banned from reporting if the problem is solved by someone elses report... due to pointless reports. on top of reporting other rule violations people can get banned from reporting if the "staff" going over the reports thinks its a pointless report. so why is there bot uploaders then for MD? if they follow other said site and bring in issues whats the point of that bot?
If a problem is solved by another report, the report is either auto resolved (if applicable, e.g. the chapter in question no longer exists) or should be marked as complete if it is obvious that it’s just been fixed already. What gets you report banned is repeatedly making reports for things that don’t actually violate any rules, like reporting scanlation watermarks or poor translations. I don’t know anything about “bot uploaders”.
was still report banned even after citing the rules broken and the reports in question. I reported a chapter twice for it having a completely untranslated page (cant remove a report, since one was a double chapter so when it was removed the report wasn't for a double chapter so it was refused instead of solved, the second was on the right chapter and still nothing was done) checking on discord apparently the contributor account and a few others are bots that upload from those sites. so any issues on that site are left unresolved here since there is nothing staff can do. an actual quote from them on the support part for discord. So really it is entirely up to staff if they deem it "useless" even if it is something I pointed out above.
