What a wild princess. I have no idea how she has survived this long.

That said I do like her. I do have issues with this manga but it's not so troublesome that it will stop me from reading.

Unfortunately I do forget it's existence until a chapter is released. Great manga you think about at random times during the day.
One's like Death Mage are very good at taking my interest. It's one I struggled to read the LN with Google translate since I was so invested. Well we all have our favorites that some may find stupid. This one as I've said before is pretty forgettable. It's sad since it does have a interesting concept. But Isekai is getting a bit muddled since it's been done so many times before.

Thinking about applications of magic is always a good idea. Oftentimes there are major areas where magic should be used but isn't, because the author didn't think that far.

"The princess was selfish again," is such a convenient excuse.

Lexia is really helping Luna's case, and both of them are really helping MC's case. They're so good at choosing words.

I like how Luna's keeping calm during all this, though.

And then she stole the lead.

As I got older and read more sci-fi/fantasy it really bothered me that the Wizards in Harry Potter were kind of dumb. Arthur Weasly gets treated like a buffoon for tinkering with modern technology when anyone that was actually serious about world domination would have combined known magic with modern technology to devastating effect.

Man I feel bad for Owen, dude has to risk his life on a dangerous job and his terrible boss only makes it worse lmao. I get that from our perspective we know assassin girl isn't a threat but from his perspective the princess might as well have been born yesterday.

As I got older and read more sci-fi/fantasy it really bothered me that the Wizards in Harry Potter were kind of dumb.

It's one of the reasons why the world building in HP doesn't hold up that well. A magic system should in almost all cases have a vastly more wide-spread use than what's depicted. That goes in particular for fantasy stories where magic is only used for combat, and even more so in those isekai-likes where any other use is even looked down on. I mean, there are tons of spells that would make construction, farming (which means food production), and medicine far more efficient, which would lead to much more modern population densities.

  Falls off a cliff after volume 4, power inflation, tropes, bad POV.
  Cliche cliffhanger-based-writing after author got manga adaptation/LN commercialization.

If you want a real good novel -- read anything by Usbar. He's my favorite author at the moment.
Actually has good combination of "glitch-hunting" comedy, drama, and coherent foreshadowing.
He does a hell of a good job with any game-based worldbuilding and lore. Semi-pro/Pro author.
