These knights are willing to let Alexia come this deep because they're skilled enough to protect her from local monsters.
Not to the level of winning and be able to easily camp out like Yuuya (otherwise this place wouldn't be seen as such danger zone) but enough that they can escape if need be.

I think they're only having trouble here because they're trying to hold position where Yuuya/Alexia disappeared, since those two might come back at any moment and it'd be bad for them to pop out while monsters are around.

I prefer the manga too; the anime's greatest crime is that there's little to no actual animation. It's like all the resources went towards making the characters on model and detailed like the LNs, but there wasn't any left over to animate the characters so they had to make it a slideshow with some lip flaps and minor blinking.

Seems being a hot young babe gives you almost automatically plot immortality, go figure. There was also that other isekai where the lone woman, and lone survivor, in an assassin group became sort of concubine to the mc too later(though she got quite broken down mentally).

I'm not complaining, I wouldn't much fancy seeing a rugged musclehead/lean ikemen join mc's trope after attempt on his life. But I suspect not many others would either, as, when was the last time you saw one of those two scenarios happen?...

Though, there's always that odd one, like My Instant Death Ability is So Overpowered, who's out of fucks for ANYONE, gender or age be damned...

I kinda thought Yuuya would smuggle her to earth and give her a new home (thought it would be cool teaching her normal life stuff and having someone else be op in the real world would make him stand out less) but I guess giving one girl such an advantage would ruin the harem element (oh no what a tragedy).

I was thinking the same thing, but seeing as the anime is almost in step with the manga now, (like the next episode may include thischapter's conversation) the anime gives me the impression that the only crossover between the two worlds is Yuuya and Night (that might change of course, but that's what the opening and ending sequences make me think.)

On the other hand, the manga is SO MUCH BETTER... they did one of the worst sins of anime studios with this anime, what was to "dumbify" and "simplify" it to reduce the parental guidance and have more children watch it.

There are several scenes in the anime that don't really compare to the manga.
I really hate when studios do that.

So far the anime seems to be blending elements of the LN story into the Manga story. The LN storyline is very different.

There's no guarantee the anime will continue to be so similar to the Manga.

Also, the anime has been so weak at presenting a plot it feels more like the mc has an Isekai slice of life story in one world, and a high school slice of life story in the other world. Except girls constantly fawn over him for no good reason other than he's good looking and shy.

gods, this type of comedy bs shtick is so ancient: "that easily? eeehhhhhh??!!!" that it's not even funny anymore.
bro if you ask just in case, don't do overreactions and just be happy that you got what you asked for.

also it feels weird that mc's like this don't even do self-reflection EVEN ONCE after their transformation. that they need a certain events to have that self-reflection and finally have a character development(for better or worse). it's good that mc is not in the state of narcissism and maniac god complex after depression but... wait, is he still depressed? it's also fucked up that we don't get enough internal monologue as an update for his mental state to the point that i'm not even sure about what's happening anymore about him personally. and after reading shit ton of manga and manhwa, that shit is fucking rare. without their internal monologue about what's happening or what has happened, it feels more like they're just a character in a story and not an actual person.
