Interesting guild system, high rank members leave there items there for the newcommers to have a better chanse.

@angyalalex This tells me two things about this world. One is that, unlike in AD&D (especially first edition) that high level adventurers don't gain followers, form their own guild, et cetera. Two is that the resale market on used and less powerful items is so poor that high-rankers basically tell the guild, "Here, throw this away for me."
