I'm confused... Haru should have a guardian too right? Why is her 'guardian' so much different than Shou's? Kinda unfair...

damn Haru got unlucky to have that kind of people to be her first adult to interact, but she should keep the goddess thing a secret or her entire origin a secret bcs there's no sane person would believe that... Just focus on your survival and stability first, there's no need to rush to help people when you yourself is in tricky situation

I'm confused by Dredd.

In chapter 12, he clearly stated he had found Haru, knew her name, and had dropped her off at the academy, but in this chapter, he does not recognise Haru and wonders why a child of the plains is at the academy. Meanwhile, the headmaster is apparently the one who found her.

This is earlier in the timeline so I guess that the earlier chapter was confused about who exactly was the subject who found Haru, and that in the coming chapter we'll first see how Haru got to know Dredd a little (and got remembered by him later when he went to the north forest) and then how she escapes that environment which appears to be toxic as they want to exploit her. I guess Dredd finds her as she's trying to escape or something?

In any case, it's good to see this again. I read it all from the beginning and it was still as enjoyable as it was 3 years ago.
