Her constantly saying Pension instead of Boarding House or Hostile is kinda grating. It's not like its unforgiveable but it just wares down on me as I'm reading.

Tbh "Hostile" would scare me even more than Pension does, although "Hostel" would have been nice, yea.
(Or Boarding House could have been acceptable, since it is in the English title and all)
Also I'm a bit disappointed with miss witch that she doesn't do her moonbathing skyclad like a proper witch
