While the story seems very promising and appealing to me even before I get through chapter 1. I did have to look for the official English version instead of being able to read the two translated ones available here. Both of them have various issues and I recall the more popular one having almost completely nonsensical sentences.
Official English also has the translated pension as a boarding house which is much more appealing to international readers.
Edit: This story ended up being 10/10 for me.
