I haven’t been paying close attention to this one for a while but the witch lore is actually pulling me back in. They seem really silly for being heretical outcasts but that’s just the way the manga presents them I guess.

It’s also interesting that whenever I come back to this manga, the MC rarely has any lines. Which is kind of nice…? That they’re flushing out so many characters and development to that extent.

True, and manga as a genre is known for bad naming schemes. I just felt that carp, cod and tuna are examples of fish names that are too common to be used in this setting. But boy was I wrong.
