Out of all the Isekai's I've read, this is one of the better ones.

That's what you call a decoration city wall. It serves the purpose of stopping random smugglers, other criminals, and wild animals. It might also make an enemy army think twice, as long as the enemy doesn't know it's basically a sham.

Power Girl did something kind of like that. The villain created a bunch of simultaneous disasters, and had remote drones watching to see what she would do. She kept him talking, through the drones, and used her super-senses to triangulate where he was.
