I see that but at the end of the day they know what's happening u can argue its sa but you can also argue its not because its feeding them some emotions but they know what's happening and they agree with it

it's that feeding of emotions that tosses out any arguments against it being sa. those emotions that are being fed into them are so strong that it makes them throw out all rationality that they hold. any decision they make pertaining to their actions with the mc are completely from the influence of the charm. if the charm were to be broken and they still felt romantic/sexual feelings for the mc it would legally fall under Stockholm syndrome. there is no argument to be made in a court of law that would dismiss any claims if this being sa. well except for divine intervention since this is a god given power and that would completely dismiss any charges as god's will.
