Nope. DMCA purges would still shown the chapters as unavailable but having been uploaded, with a toggle checkbox to hide them away or make them visible. that's not here so the previous chapter 1 & 2 uploads were taken down either by the group that did them or by mangadex for rules violations. 3 & 4 are still here though, so maybe you have the group/uploader blocked? He'll maybe 1&2 are actually still here and I just have  that group blocked?

I did not know where else to look to be honest, apart from official site...if there was info about that floating around on the internet then, I'll looking for it.
Found it from this link https://mechacomic.jp/books/206130, and no it's not really 18 chapters, it's 6 chapters that has been cut into 3 parts so no; no new chapters
