I was expecting some low effort writing for a goofy HP Isekai, but the author is really good at pitting reincarnators with foreknowledge of the books against each other. This is turning out to be more entertaining than I expected.

Also, given that Snape is likely still working for Dumbledore here, I have a feeling they both already suspect Harry and Malfoy of something. Either they already know about other worlders, or Harry and Malfoy's odd behavior has them jumping to the wrong conclusions (imperius curse, polyjuice potion, etc.)

I have doubts about the pacing although a one-to-one recreation of HP with female Malfoy and Harry being reincarnated otherworlders would be troublesome so skipping the identical parts would be alright.
It's great that you're doing your own thing with it.
Now it has become difficult to predict... I'm curious.

Reasonable conclusion that I can think of here is Harry losing memories or him not recognizing Malfoy from when he was a kid.

Perhaps that's why Malfoy jumped into the conclusions that the Harry that is currently present is not the same Harry she used to meet.

Besides, we never actually saw Harry's past and what he did before up this point

I think you're misinterpreting those panels. It's possible we'll get a twist where this Harry has lost his memories, but the simpler explanation is that Malfoy didn't use a happy memory to conjure the Patronus, but a strong fantasy that served just as well. Harry himself did this in the books when he imagined Dolores Umbridge getting fired. They work off of strong positive emotions, not necessarily real memories.

Malfoy's use of "My Harry" and the subsequent fantasies is showing that she's a Potterhead fangirl who wanted so badly to self insert as Harry's love interest that she reincarnated into Malfoid. I don't think she and Harry interacted at all as kids.
