I am definitely enjoying this manga, which is currently up to chapter 22.

People forgot that not everything has to be told in a explicit way to be real. We know the guy is an isekai dude because of what he talks about and his experiences.

Take some subtility sometimes and enjoy. Dont take being taken for someone dumb for granted, you are smarter than that

It's okay (in a heartwarming way), but if you want another "okay" manga like this— with 100+ more chapters than this one— then just go to "Isekai Izakaya Nobu". I'll admit there's more to the characters here right now than Nobu built up in its starting chapters, but Nobu is now able to let the readers enjoy the slow burn.

What will this manga do when they hit chapter 20? Will they continue introducing one-off characters to the story, or will they add some regulars who can be flushed out more? I wish this author (and the team translating and fixing this manga up for us "Privateers"— or English-speaking pirates) all the best in this manga's run, but I've got enough quaint-feels series to not need another one my library.

Bad recommendation, not because the manga is bad but because they only share the diner aspect.

I'm curious, the tags say this is an adaptation, and other websites claim it's adapted from a Japanese novel, but I can't seem to figure out what that novel is? I might just be searching wrong, but it's strange. Would love if someone could answer that (I don't really want spoilers, just wanna know if this is actually an adaptation)
