Just a reminder, the "Saltpeter Collection Bureau" and "Head Priest's Long Arm" are the intelligence agencies of Aitheria (Germany) and whatever the Vatican is called in that world respectively. Oiria's (France) intelligence agency is known as the "Story/Tale Collectors".

Edit: Also the guy at the end is the current King of Oiria, nephew to the foodie Princess from a few chapters ago and little brother of the newly married Empress of Aitheria from "Nobu".

I don’t think a place where a lot of people come because of its uniqueness is a safe place, unless they rent the whole place like what happens in Nobu

So, the local versions of Nicholas, Hans, and Berthold, plus some other guy.
The betrothal negotiations in the Imperial Capitol at Nobu's was a really fun arc.

I love when the spy organization has a completely mundane name like "Saltpeter Collection Bureau". Even better if they actually fulfill the named function as well as spy craft.
