It is like a curry dish. Best to let it chill and soak till the next day and the taste will be better.

Though, make sure to check, reheat and stir it every 5 hours.

Otherwise, there will be mold on it. Lost one big pot of curry because of it.

binge read this since it was the same author as Nobu but feels like this lacks something Nobu has.
Even though we are seeing background of the sub characters and main cast, it feels empty.
its like the main cast really isnt important. the story could go on like a random pub that focuses on the customers rather than the store. not to mention the extras arent really fleshed out. like theres the ex-head chef and the cuckold man and yet they arent really something.

i would like to see the exhead chef to do more and yet the author isnt really doing anything with them. its like he just needs them to be there in Oira for another shop to be with Nobu in another world

Not if they were simmered for a long time or by using a pressure cooker. My mother makes beef stew with tendon that just melt in your mouth no matter what the temperature is. It is also the best to leave the stew overnight. There are some other tricks she uses but I don't remember.
