Eleonora is so cute. If the old lady is Eleonora's Grandmother (she seems a little too old to be her Mother to me) then maybe she'll talk to Eleonora about looking for a husband? Maybe a man that's been by her side for a few months now? Hmmm?

Remember that they are under a weird blessing that makes a lot of the people not really question things about them or the restaurant itself.
Eva herself is an anomaly as she noticed that things were a bit off, by noticing the water faucet and the sort.
And then the rest of the employees know that the restaurant is connected to another world now too, but it seems the blessing only extends up to them.

I forgot! Also, Eva did venture into Japan by accident once, and was rescued by the fox. She became a kind of Inari's Messenger's Messenger.

Seeing Nikolaus again makes me appreciate how this manga is able to be such a nice slice of life story with good worldbuilding and character developments on top of being a great food manga.
