We always knew that Leontine came from money in Oira, but suddenly it drops that she's nobility

It was in her introduction chapter, though. Once she finds out Helmina is married, she thinks to herself she'd probably be married as well and is dressed up like a noble woman. In chapter 49, "Squid and the Female Mercenary," she also makes mention of her family owning territory by the sea and being a feudal lord.
