From the names and the basic food shown around, this isekai seems to be more German or Austrian than British but for some reasons, all of them think "kisu" the fish is "kiss", well, the kiss.
Are they all just Japaneses or something? lol

Just assume that any Japanese words that don't have a good English or European equivalent (e.g. 'sushi') are transliterated the way they sound (and into the corresponding language), while any Japanese words that do have good equivalents are auto-translated into the language of another world.

Frankly, this is the main headcanon I have for interdimensional or even just global settings where people somehow understand each other, including the worldplay.
