I think the Baron is Arnoux's grandfather, IIRC it said a few chapters ago that he had a lot of influence with both countries and was responsible for brokering a treaty via marriage (this wedding) between the two. Arnoux had said he was willing to perform the marriage by abduction, so the grandfather is probably getting the endpoint of the chase ready, the banquet at the Four-Winged Lion.

In today sushi, it is not always have to be fish, it is merely rolled rice with filling inside/outside and make it bite size.
The dish must be for winter, and, must not clash with the 48 course meals, I'm calling dibs it will be MEAT BOAT so things will bot be BOARING.
