I don't understand the phrase "These can definitely be sold" I assume it's something from Oilia since Celes, Jean, and Liontine all say it but I can imagine it's just a direct translation that doesn't make sense in English but I don't know a Japanese phrase that would instead be said in that context.

I checked with the original Japanese version, the phrase is not what was actually presented there.
The original is: "いや！今ここで断れば余計に怪しまれる。ジャンが警告していたではないか。"
Which means, "No! If I were to refuse here, I will just be more suspicious. Didn't Jean just warned me all about this?".

Somehow, the phrase just ended up there during scanlation, I guess.
