I see, mc’s magic is not banning magic use of enemies all together, his pieces are still able to use magic after all,(and one neet thing I discovered mc is unable to use magic himself directly while using the chessboard unless if he uses himself as a pawn), his chess board restricts magic use except for a certain way, not being able to figure it out, or not having suitable magic/magic control means you won’t be able to use magic in this limited condition, which is broken in the other world because they don’t know the concept of chess, bro literally defeated the demon lord by scamming him into playing a game he doesn’t know the rules of
