That's quite significant casualties right off the bat for the enemy, to lose three competent voodoo magicians. I reckon kingdoms would rather lose hundreds of ordinary soldiers than a group of qualified voodoo magicians. You can get footmen simply by drafting and training average men for quite a reasonable amount of time, but people with potential for voodoo magic are rare in the first place and secondly require a lot more effort to train.

That voodoo mage was super hot before she got a hole in the chest.

Regardless, King Ferme is not gonna be happy since all of that village are buffed by Almus' Blessing. He's going to take Heavy losses, whether it be by Gram's bow, Their voodoo mages, the gunpowder+fire sorcery, their Swordmanship boosted by the Blessing, or even Almus himself. And he better not kill any of them, or Almus'll be pissed.
