The DL is Pinhead, the Joker is the Joker, the biggest guy is Nemesis from Resident Evil, the smallest is Billy the Puppet from SAW, the "ponnytail/mask" woman is a Xenomorph from Aliens (probably Alien Resurrection Ripley), Zeldan is Ghost Rider, Davy Jones is Davy Jones, the furry one is Rule63 Ikkakumon from Digimon.

I think the plague doctor guy is Dr. Satan from House of a 1,000 Corpses, but I could be wrong. I think the Loli Nurse is your standard Magical Girl-themed Slasher, and I have no clue on the last woman.

Ok, so it seems to me like either the Goddess thinks Sa-me is too much, or she is just like us and is just watching everything while eating popcorn on a 4k screen.

Well, it seems to me that the only sympathetic villains are the main characters, the suicidal bunny princess (and a few of her guards), the cook and his parrot and the villain army... so she is completelly right.

In my head this is all just like the bunny princess said, Sa-me was sent there to nuke the world so the remaining people can build it properly afterwards.

seems like the joker is actually freddy krugger.
kinda hard to see it from the art, but nightmare on elm street did focus more into being a dark comedy than a horror series.
