Lol I love how crass and over the top this manga is. I felt like this was the most bullshit of the "scientific" reasons given for Same/sharks abilities though. Like usually it's presented as theoretical, but I think the author knew going into dreams was bs so he didn't give as much effort to dress it up.

Eh, kinda seems like the creator is running out of ideas to make a scary shark. I was expecting something far more gross, disturbing, and fucked up for something called a nightmare shark.
