Artstyle really reminds me of Nozarashi Satoru, the hentai artist (it's "special" hentai; better not look unless you recognize the name (Trust me!)).
Sure there are deviations but, that might just be because of his assistants. On the whole Koppamu was either an assistant of said artist or it really is him; is my guess.

The folks of the other world could summon him, yet he doesn't know how to get back. How is that other world's magic behind at all? They clearly can do something he has no idea of.

Just because one world has unlocked a certain level of summoning does not entail that it is by any means perfected to stable while the other world more likely has a more sophisticated and more streamlined understanding in mana and it’s manipulation the other world he’s from may simply have not finished researching it it’s really just common sense if you look at it logically
