Dude... all these villains are sex fiends and has got no charm at all as antagonists, like no evil whatsoever except for maybe wanting to screw everyone =-= I'm gonna bet that this guy's arc is going to be a unsatisfying and just plain dumb again =-=

That's what it means to be evil: To do whatever you want, however you want, whenever you want. And the reality is most evil people like to pillage and rape. Base desires. Even Barduta capitalized on that so he can satisfy his lust (heavily implied he screwed his aide on the regular and alluded he wanted to rape the girls but had no time) and his greed (he did everything for money).
If you expect a complex villain in ANY series, you're gonna be disappointed. It's mighty rare these days.
