Even if we know there's oodles of demon kings, she only knew about one. I figure her as pretty smart to have caught on this quickly. (Still no genius.. except possibly if compared to most of the other characters in this manga

bruh, when did Diablo actually gain brain cells from a veteran mmorpg gamer XD?! It's almost like he was an actual top notch player of the game observing the enemy and strategizing without the plot devices and armors... other than that, looking good, if only that new villain wasn't introduced in such a dumb manner with such a dumb personality =-=

Did they forget they could just tell the truth about the source of the curse? Its easy enough to show the place where the rituals were being held and to point the curse source, that is the only water source of the city.

@ShionSinX: Because of who he claimed to be. Doesn't help Lumachina is considered evil too thanks to Baduta's actions. They could tell the truth but for someone hard-headed like her she would just dismiss it as lies from the enemy or an attempt to shift blame or something else. She's the type of person who is a rabid believer that "actions speak louder than words" and takes no stock in someone who's all talk. It's why she took the demon at his word because he was able to walk the talk too.
Smart as she is, she's a bonehead too.
