I think you're mistaken. I just went and checked, which i believe is volume 6 prologue in the light novel, but I don't think that's a blowjob. More than anything it is a titjob, with some licking involved beforehand. I do admit though the first time I read it I thought it was literally the right arm, and missed that they were using the right arm as a euphemism.

@danvolodar That makes sense though. Just read what the general said. He was boosted to level 160, he didn't actually have a leve 160. He gained brute power but was not experienced enough to fight someone who reached that level on merit.
It's the same as what happens in a fight with a superpowered person against a non-powered person. The guy without superpowers can still win the fight because the guy with superpowers never fought even an ant prior to obtaining those powers.
WHat use is a gun in the hands of one who can't hit anything to save his life? What use is a sword when you can't properly align your blade with your opponent's flesh?
