This could have been an ongoing series spanning multiple chapters & volumes.
I feel like this manga had a really good concept but the execution felt a bit lacking overall. I'm not surprised that it got a short ending here.
Personally, the moment manga introduce there might be NUKE or FIREARMS and there are local ruling class understand its danger and how to use it, is a signal or a start of downfall for this manga.A fun premise, but I get the idea the author was running out of ideas even before he clearly got told to wrap it up. And it's hard to write your characters so stupid, as if medieval people didn't have mirrors or abacuses. Also, I think there were enough pages to bullshit a conclusive end with all the OOPArts returned to their world, or shut down the machine that was teleporting them, but instead we had an open-ended finale and a big fight with a random vampire.
It's like author has put up a perfectly good cake, only for someone tell him to pour a hot sauce on top, saying how the red color will make it more vibrant, better than cherry.
Manga adapt concept of a good joke, out of the norm thinking, SURPRISE MADAFAKA of modern goods interpretation to the people, in a good package, and it is working. But then suddenly, people who never know about modern stuff could understand how a missile work and what is it for?? Or how they can insert bullets into handgun cart?? That is a very bad direction.
It seems author stray out of the original idea, as on start it was just household item. Perhaps someone pressure him to put modern weapon and mix it with nobility antics, saying it will create tension for the manga, meanwhile the manga selling point and core story is not about tension at all..
Lastly, the last arc, there is no need for the indiana jones story telling with vampire.
For this time, axe save this title. A desperate plot in poor fashion for the latest/final arc, if it goes longer, there is only dissappointment. Such a loss...
