Okay, theory time: Mama Torea was Isekai'd. But, a human mind was not meant to last in a High Elf body. She's experiencing some form of Dementia that means that she's not able to remember things other high elves could. That's also why she recognizes the 'Foreign objects'...because they're things from her old life.

I'm betting that the seven heroes are isekaied person and his 6 harem members. The guy probably invented so much things from his world and somehow it ended up in dungeon. Elf mom probably got dementia because of shock that he left her.

elf dementia is an interesting story concept. i wonder how many other ppl have turned in the ooparts besides the main crew we see versus it being only them but not like the dungeons are cut off/exclusive (tho don't remember if it's mentioned if the items /treasures would respawn again tho) but while they are good i don't think they're super high ranking so it wouldn't be impossible for them to just get it themselves. unless it's more 'valuable' b/c they 'figured out' their usage even if a bit unintended

Can't wait to see what's next in store for our adventurers who keep on finding these random objects

or even a book?

a book isn't too strange but they might not be able to read it like how those signs/cardboard cutout was labeled so they'd prolly think it was a magic tome only specific mages could interpret

Radios were apparently invented right before the 1900s so maybe someone could reverse engineer it and maybe add magic to it and able to mass produce/ reuse it that way versus maybe getting walky talkies
