I am starting to feel like the artist for this manga gave up on the fantasy setting and is just putting normal things in now. The first guy at the village wearing a suit, the cup noodles and now these goblins wearing weird fetish clothes. Unless this is some weird thing pulling from his memory but even then he doesnt seem fazed by it.

We got hand console (switch) before the suit.

Maybe it was all a dream and he was in coma (I hope not)
