Complains about there not being other people/humans
DOESN'T LEAVE THE FUCKING FOREST TO SEARCH FOR THEM FOR OVER 19 CHAPTERS

This is why I haven't been reading this. It's like an agonizingly slow - frozen molasses slow - version of Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi... that's no where near as cute, fluffy and good.

for those who wonder whats going on:
the body of mc cant handle his magic power, thats why its overflows and caused his dissyness here.
he was summoned as a hero with 4 other kids. these kids died/didnt made the summoning so their power was concentrated inside mc. (why it failed is another story strand). buffs like increased magic regeneration and so on. that he actually used so much magic (beyond common sense, even for the kings of the forests) actually saved his live, cause if he doesnt use the mana, his body would burst.
given thats it isnt even well explained in the novel, the manga does actually do a better job sofar
THEY DIED???

They did mention that the "forest" they are in covers half of the entire planet not just a continent. So to put that in perspective if their planet is similar in size to ours than to walk half the planet would be 69 days of continuous walking. Admittedly since he is in the middle of said forest that would actually be around 35 days to get to the border. So it's no surprise that he is having a hard time finding other people as "leaving the forest" would literally take over a month (factor in sleep and rest at it would end up taking 2-3 months) to get to the edge. and if he can see how large the forest itself is from his current range (IE: trees as far as the eye can see even onto the horizon) that would be intimidating as HELL to just be like "okay lets get out of this forest"

sorry for piggybacking off this quote but couldn't find the original one that you quoted from.
