Can someone give me a brief explanation on whats happening on the human/beastmen/kingdom side of the story? I basically skipped till the parts with the MC :3
as far as I know the king is basically sacrificing beastman slaves so he and his lackeys can become immortal and sending all the curses to the forest (which have mostly been purified by MC).. and one of the main commanders deserted and helped the beastmen.

From what I’ve seen it doesn’t look like mc will ever go into a human or beast man village let alone the main kingdom/capital

The MC has crippled the King's power so badly he's locked himself up in a room to keep anything from hurting him. The rebel faction liberated all of the slaves that the MC's purification burst freed, and those slaves were either rescued by the Beastman Kingdom or by the MC's pet brigade.

The rebel faction is now planning to kill the king before winter sets in which would make them unable to attack for fear of those still loyal to the king starving them out.
