I guess, for some reason, making a massive gold nugget is out of the question? I'd simply melt it down and make small pieces to sell slowly (after I got new clothes so I could put on the appropriate act). Using that gift just one time would solve all monetary issues.
Depends on their level of metallurgy considering what she make is pure with no impurities. She will be found out if she did not mix some but not so much as that is another problem.

Also what she imagine might be different from the actual. Fruits and vegetables for example , those are undergone some evolution via selective breeding.

Lack of property aside maybe they can buy local seeds and Ochibi can summon fertilizer or so lol

People from slums are not allowed to work? How does it even get enforced? One of the main idea about civilization is work and even child labor has only been outlawed in the last 100 years in most part of the world and the abolition of slavery only started when it was no longer as profitable as to just give people the freedom they deserve (I stand by this point. Fight me if you insist that western abolished slavery because they are oh so kindhearted because they clearly didn't and still aren't). Even as a cultural thing, it is a very inefficient society if the rest of the population refuse to not give any work to the less fortunate no matter what.
