Basically, Yukikazu will evolve once more and gain enough power to solve the crisis (that will be revealed on the next chapter/volume), the next evolution will turn him into a divine beast.
At some point, the "evil god" allow the party to have an audience with him and have a wish granted. There will be a plot twist there that I won't reveal, but the god said, in no uncertain terms that he won't let Yukikazu become a human (because the god hates humans, and if you heard his explanation, you would too). However, the god allowed Yukikazu to turn into any other race besides human.
