Wouldn't think so unless Shuu dies. From the conversation he had with the goddess, she can dump mass quantities of mana into the world thrue him. And while having a second outlet would speed up the process, it didn't seem like much of an issue.

As an aside, I don't think the mana is even vented directly into the environmentat he is in. Otherwise the extremely high concentration of mana would cause all sorts of issues.

I don't think the stakes would get that high but it's nice he can fairly chill without some world saving task (used to Korean series where there's tons of "awakeners")

Tho depending considering he's not the only one with skills I'd think some ppl born in world should still get the occasional blessing
