His "skills" are sealed, but not his gift. Its an oversight on the shitty little kid (maybe he doesnt know the difference between skills and gift, thinks their the same thing). Something hes probably going to pay for. He doesnt know he has an active demon contract either, so probably has a weak appraisal too. Which would make sense
