Regardless of him being a fucking scumbag, what is the catch? He usually fucks those who are trying to use Kenji naivety for their selfish reasons. That's been mostly the case since the start. None of the girls was in any shape or form, innocent. Though MC fucked it all up before they could make any amends but still.

And why Kenji is the only one who is immune when Nouto isn't? Story dropped the ball hard just to make the MC not as guilty for fucking the CF who is clearly in love with Kenji and %100 a victim herself but author probably thought having her fucked by bunch of man would be inconsequential if she is mindcontrolled. It is not. It's a sharp turn from the initial premise.

Yeah, him being hellbent on hurting him in the worse way possible doesn't really track with his overall attitude. He just comes across as a highly sociopathic person. With the right words and right delivery, you can make someone believe damn near whatever you want them to. As far as Kenji sees people are healthy, happy, and safe. And it's all thanks to his childhood friend helping him out. What could be wrong with that?

Manga is not too far away from that point in the WN and WN stops exactly there. No updates for a very long time. At least i couldn't find any. Maybe author decided to continue with the manga.
