Thank you for the translation. And it depends on how long it usually takes for a chapter I guess. How many were used in anime, and how much of that you still need to cover. If you can get 1 -2 chapters a week its probably fine to do everything, if not maybe skip and return later

I haven't read the manga myself, but I do recall hearing some people mention that the anime changed something about the final episode to make it feel a little more like a proper ending to the series. So it might be worth double-checking that chapter just in case, to see if anything is noticeably different?

Aside from that... I would personally like to see some of the art from the anime chapters, but I don't think anyone would blame you for not wanting to spend so much time and energy catching up to where the anime left off.
