As italian this was painful to read.
Giano isn't a female name, it's a male name. It's also a name that isn't attested during the late middle ages, as it was referring to a pagan deity (Giano itself never become a widespread name, but there is today a semi-famous person, an art collector and merchant, called Giano del Bufalo )
Reina too isn't an attested name, possibily becouse Reina is the spanish term for queen, and spain had a lot of influence in multiple parts of italy.A name that could possibly match the reading of the original could be Lina maybe
Pierro too isn't an italian name. It do exist as a Surname. An existing italian name is instead Piero with a single R
His surname too isn't italian, it seems french, so maybe it was supposed to be Pierre?
The remarks about fifth wife is strange even if we considered the prevoius wife died. In italy in many periods, it was consider shameful to remarry, granted more for woman then for man, but even a man won't have their reputation unscathed if remarried before a period (that could have been more then a couple of years too)
