And while the former was completed after 3 volumes (and its follow up currently has 7), and the latter is ongoing at 14 volumes, it seems this one is ongoing with just two volumes...

wow this is a really roughly drawn chapter. losts of unfinished parts to panels and poorly drawn breasts. As an example, on page 39 the breasts on the woman on the right are very mishappen. as another one, the right arm of the lamia on page 44 looks really badly drawn.

My reading comprehension "skills" of the description plus the women-only volume 1 cover made there not be a male lead in my mind.
