If you mean the order on MangaDex, you should send your complaints to Silas. Either he didn't want to set a volume number exactly, or he wanted his releases to appear on top always

As for the chapter: what's pacing lol? Like, I get what story the author is trying to tell, but there's so little connective tissue between everything. And the rapid emotional swings within "characters" just has me questioning if the author has ever interacted with people.
