Isn't selling tasty giba meat the worst idea for those tribes? I mean they only have been allowed to hunt gibas, because gibas are a threat and their meat isn't worth hunting them down. So they have been lend the land to do pest control. The "you have too eat the giba meat, as you arn't allowed to do any farming"-rule, just shows how much the local government is caring for them.
What will happen, when it turns out giba meat is actually tasty, if cooked in the right way? It will turn from a "scum for scum" situation into "that meat is too good for this scum" situation.
